My wife’s brakes failed today just a few hundred yards from EAC Madeley. Ryan and his colleague were simply fantastic! Not only did they check the brakes, they replaced the brakes and discs within an hour!! Well done guys and thanks very much!

Took car for tracking adjustment, service was prompt and excellent. When I went to collect my car, Jonno said that the tracking was ok and did not need any further work. He then said that there was no charge. The honesty was very praise worthy.

EAC Hortonwood. So nobody likes paying car bills, but from quotation which was less than the Mercedes dealer, to customer care, everything was faultless and I was kept informed of car service progress and talked through the bill at the end.
