We have a waiting room that any customers are invited to use while we perform a ‘while you wait’ MOT, full service or repair.

Booked an MOT and full service together. Everything was clearly explained and I was called before any extra work was done. No pressure at all, which I appreciated.
Had a full service and a coolant change done. The car was overheating slightly before and it’s been perfect since. Clear invoice and no hidden charges.
Failed the MOT on brakes which wasn’t ideal, but they talked me through the options and costs before doing anything. Felt very fair and transparent.
