One of the best experiences I’ve had yet!! MOT’d my Old clio. The crew was clear and precise with the work providing information and pictures around the issue. Even going as far to send me a video of the work once complete!!
Came in for an air con re gas without an appointment and I was seen to promptly. The guy said will take an hour so I waited in the waiting area. After about 40 mins car was all dorms so ready for the baking sunshine heat.
Never had customer service like this from a garage before. They kept me updated throughout with videos, which was a great touch. Huge thanks to Noman, super helpful and professional.
The team here done great looked after me well and had my car in mind during the whole process would come again 5/5
