I would like to thank the team at FRM for helping me yesterday. My car had developed a battery issue and I was not sure of the cause of the problem. I phoned them to ask when they could run a battery check to be told bring it over straight away and we will check it for you. They quickly tested the battery and It needed replacing. they quoted me a very fair price and said I will get one on order come back today after you finish work and we will fit it straight away. what a can do approach, so man…
The staff are very friendly. Good price too 👌 lady at reception was lovely. Machinic was great couldn't fault. I will be recommending to friends and family 100% very happy with the service thank you 😊
I recently went for my MOT and the service I received was great! I’ve never had any issues with this garage. My dad has gone here for years and always recommends it to others. Don’t always believe the reviews!
Wanted to put a review due to how great they are! My clutch wouldn’t go into gear and I was stuck on a rubbish road with other drivers not giving me a chance to get out of the car even though my hazards were on.
My dealership failed me massively (was told I didn’t have roadside recovery when I did) and my breakdown cover on my insurance would have taken 2 hours to get to me. Called FRM and they got a pick up truck over to me within 20 minutes! I can’t thank them enough for their prompt servic…
