Fit and Go Autos is a family run business, which was founded in the year 2008. It all started with a kid named Sam and his dream of working with cars. As a teenager, Sam started working on small car projects in his family home garage, alongside studying to get his qualifications in panel beating and mechanics. It wasn’t long before Sam's dream later evolved from working on car projects from home, to running a business of two successful garages in Watford.
