3. Security & Technical Responsibility

3.1 The Widget is delivered via an iFrame and we take reasonable measures to ensure it is secure and functional.

3.2 You are responsible for:

• Embedding the Widget correctly on your website

• Ensuring your website is compatible with the Widget

3.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

4. Liability

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any loss of bookings, revenue, or profits

• Any technical issues arising from embedding the Widget

• Data loss caused by your systems or third-party services

4.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for access to the Widget.

5. Termination

5.1 We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately if:

• You breach these Terms

• You use the Widget for unlawful purposes

5.2 On termination, you must remove all instances of the Widget from your website.

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Widget constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
