After speaking to James collection was agreed and a price of £3500 + VAT was the expected range to be confirmed once the vehicle had been inspected, they collected the same day and was told after inspection it could take 2 weeks depending on parts availability.

A year ago my automatic Nissan Juke had a catastrophic gearbox failure when I was 200 miles from home. Service4service collected car and undertook the gearbox replacement and delivered it back to my home. Service4service is an excellent company; reliable, honest, well priced, friendly and competent. Everybody you talk to or ask questions of either has good knowledge or will find out for you. I have been using the company for 10 years and each time have been really impressed with their willingness to communicate what needs to be done and go over any issues in whatever level of detail you wish for. They will do what is required and not more, advise of things which they believe will need attention in future and always ask permission before going ahead with fixes. I just wanted to say what a brilliant experience I had from start to finish with this company. My car's gearbox was shot and my car had been sat on damp grass for over two months due to my local garage being unable to fix it or to keep us regularly updated with their plan (I don't think they even had a plan). I wish I had contacted this company so much sooner than I did because once they took over, they took all the stress out of the situation. Liam was the guy that dealt with us from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring and his customer service was faultless. Service 4servive collected my car from the local garage, fixed it and then delivered it back to us at home. I'm so happy to finally have our family car back after nearly three months without it. The cost wasn't cheap but the labour was intensive and I don't believe I would have gotten the job done any cheaper elsewhere. Decided to use S4S as wasn’t happy that Jaguar wanted to charge £800+ for a service. Whilst the cost was substantially lower, I was more impressed with the communication and overall customer service including free pick up and drop off. The pick up and drop off service is a great thing to offer and makes it easier, I didnt have to have a day off work just to get my car serviced. I am also very impressed with the communication with myself throught the day. It all went smoothly and I cant fault it.
Booked my wife's Smart in for the service after being shocked at the main dealer prices. I can't find any fault with the work or customer service, will happily use your service again.
No problems with the service and MOT. However car was picked up a little later the planned, I was kept updated with what was going on the whole time so there were no sudden shocks.
The work carried out on my car was great, called me as soon as they found a problem, got the parts in, my car fixed and back to me the same afternoon.

Having only had two services and being a new car, there was not much to do, and I only do very little mileage. However I am pleased to have the service of the car being collected and returned when finished which is of great aid to me. I have been satisfied with the service I have received. You serviced my car - VW Touareg 3.0 - 36000 miles on Thursday 19 Jan 2012. When the car was returned that evening there was a substantial oil leak. The garage fixed the leak and cleaned my works parking space, they were very accommodating and said it was because of a perished washer on the stump? Maybe they forgot to put the washer back when they serviced the car? I have no problem with the garage, everybody makes mistakes. I was surprised when I contacted yourselves to get the problem sorted, there appeared to be a lack of urgency, in the end, I made contact with the garage myself. This is very unusual for S4S. It won't stop me coming back to you again.
Whole process was as advertised very efficient and convenient and much cheaper than dealer quote (BMW) Would use again and recommend to friends.

I thought I would share my experience as I normally carry out any work with the main dealer, I opted to use you after a little researching on the Internet and since the vehicle is now out of manufacture warranty, I was unaware but was advised that I could of still had you service the vehicle within the warranty period. You came to collect the vehicle and took it to carry out the service, called in the afternoon to update and advise the car was just requiring the service. Car came back to me later that day wash and hoovered. Top service!!!

How impressed I was last week with Service 4 Service. I had seen the website and the great feedback and recommendations on there from customers and thought that the service sounded too good to be true but I was so very pleasantly surprised to find out that it was every bit as good as promised and even more so! My car was picked up between the promised times, I had a phone call later telling me that it was ready and that I needed to pay and my car was delivered back an hour later. I would highly recommend this service - there was no messing about like when you take your car to a normal garage, I could get on with my day and my car was wonderfully clean also when it was returned! I found the service to be very good. Booking in was clear and efficient, arrived and collected as stated. Managed to speak to real people and not just clicking internet boxes. You kept in touch with regards to repairs required on our vehicle. Followed up with paperwork immediately. All seemed to run very smoothly. Thank you for your efficiency.
I must congratulate the telephone staff. I had occasion to call three times and each time the call was answered promptly. The two gentlemen and lady i spoke to were very courteous and business-like and gave the impression of a professional company. The car was returned cleaned, inside and out and was well presented by the same courteous gentleman who took the car and once more gave the impression of a professional company. Overall a good experience and i shall recommend your services to others.

Was unsure at first about using a service like this when putting my car in for its service but after speaking to the centre my mind was put at ease as they explained the procedure and what they do. I can honestly say that the service was great. The company you sent could not have been better. They were extremely helpful and professional. The guy even recognized that my car sits near a tree overnight and, although not obvious to the naked eye, he showed me how to feel the car body for tree sap deposits (which reduces the shine) and gave advice on how to remove it.

I had my Porsche 911 in for a full service and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the service!
