Fantastic service from start to finish! The garage repaired my suspension spring, replaced my light bulbs, and charged a very reasonable price.They also offer a pickup service, which could save you the hassle of waiting in the garage. The staff are honest, friendly, and truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
My clutch died yesterday. Called Westbere garage and they were so helpful. They towed it last night and by teatime today I have my car back with new clutch and front brakes. They were polite, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Very decent price too. I've used them before and will definitely go to them in future.
We had a problem with our motorhome between Christmas and new year when no one appeared to be open. The Fiat dealer turned us away without even looking at the van. We were so grateful to find these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanic diagnosed the problem in minutes and effected a repair straight away. We were back on the road about 30 minutes later. Really great service and reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend using this garage.

Keith was the only mechanic in Canterbury that was able to spare half an hour to look at my car when I had a fault last year prior to an important trip. Since then, I've been taking my car back to his garage and cannot fault him, fantastic service.

Fantastic garage. And as crazy as it may sound they are completely honest, for example: I took my car in recently and they could have easily charged me for new parts etc. Instead all they charged me was a fiver for a little bit of adjustment under the bonnet. I am a regular customer for good reason.

Engine light showed up early morning on the way to work. Called Northgate to see if they could help and they said to bring it in so they could have a look before their bookings started to come in. Car looked at and sorted within a few hours - very efficient and excellent communication from Memz throughout. Reasonable price too - highly recommend!

Amazing garage took my car in for a brake warning. They were able to replace the brakes within a few hours other garages quoted me £100s of pounds and I’d have to wait weeks. They are very friendly and affordable. Mehmet explained the problem very well

Honestly could not recommend this garage enough! I visited them based on a recommendation from a family member. My ford fiesta year Registration 2017 has had the m.o.t. And an intermediate service also health treatment.. the car was picked up by Alf very polite gentleman and returned at 3.30pm. I bought the car in 2019 from Motorparks chartham they have looked after me from that date. I do recommend them and been very y satisfied in every way. My driving life is now almost over as my age is 90 and the pick up and return was very much appreciated.. Thank you all at Motorparks. John
Service and brake pad replacement carried out at quoted price and on time, Sean in Service was very helpful and corrected some vehicle details which were incorrect on Ford database. All in all this was one of my more successful servicing experiences. Would recommend to others with confidence.
