VGS are a small team of technicians who originally specialised in the repair of VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda but now service repair and maintain all makes and models of vehicles.Working road side at clients homes or workplaces, We gave our clients a different experience when having their vehicle repaired.
Customers would often contact us after failing to get their vehicles issue diagnosed at an independent garage and then advised by the garage that a main dealer would be the only option and normally a very costly option too.
Likewise if a major component would break such as the turbocharge or gearbox, a repair could not be offered and a unit replacement would be the only option given.

I have been using Vgs for four years and I take pleasure in leaving this review.
They have looked after mine and my partners cars during this time and I can say without hesitation that there is no part of this process I could pick fault in. The service is professional and courteous from start to finish the extra miles they go to accommodate customers is like stepping back in time when customer service was motivated by pride and not social media reviews(I do see the irony of saying that online).…

Always helpful and easy to deal with. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of with these guys.
Just got my VW Crafter van back from VGS. what a great service from start to finish. Initially it went in with a light on the dash fault. I tried a few garages and they diagnosed with a completely different fault, said it needed glow plugs????
lucky I tried here and spoke to Dell which I found to be very helpful. fitted the van in the next day. Collected it and repaired the faulty injector and delivered it back to me 2 days later. Brilliant. being VW specialist they know what there doing. other…

Very happy first time customer. Its always scary using a new mechanics, but they were brilliant. Completely transparent and honest! Will be coming back soon. Thanks to Lee the mechanic for explaining everything in detail. Fully trusted mechanics!
