Great first-time experience at STG Garage Feltham! Fuss-free and professional customer service, with a very timely and prompt MOT check up. Ozzy is very welcoming, and allowed me and my family to wait seated in the customer area, even providing heating. Highly recommended for those who live in the area who need an efficient and reliable garage.
First time using STG Garage, and they were brilliant! I called to book a minor service (check, oil change & pollen filter change) for my Audi A1, as mine was overdue, and they got me booked in the very next day. The staff were friendly upon arrival and gave me a call as soon as my car was ready for pickup—such a fast turnaround! Ozzy, the manager, was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything they did during the service, which reassured me that my car was in great hands.
Having read many positive reviews, decided to use STG for the first time for MOT and service for my wife's car. On dropping my car off the staff were friendly and confirmed the work to be carried out, with work completed in good time. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend.
