Charlie from Sanu is the best find this year for us! We were recommended him as he never disappoints AND he has transparent, reasonable prices. He was super helpful, responsive and professional and fixed the car quickly although he was busy! we’ve taken it to two other mechanics who not only couldn’t fix it, didn’t see anything wrong with all the clanking. I can't recommend Charlie enough. He has been very helpful, I have visited him a few times to get my car repaired. He has been absolutely fantastic, very honest and transparent. Before conducting the job he has always given me a breakdown of the work and cost. Also after the work has been conducted he will show exactly what part has been replaced or repaired. Very reasonable price too. Good workmanship, keep up the work. I won't consider any other garage until Charlie is in business.
My Vauxhall was experiencing engine failure and Charlie was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the pistons and quoted a very competitive price for an engine rebuild. I had previously taken my car to a Vauxhall dealership, but they could only give me a quote me for a new engine, which was 3x the price.
