Excellent service. Always honest and direct when it comes to cost of repairs. The most reliable car repair and MOT sevice I have ever used. Would not hesitate to recommend to everyone that needs their car fixed or serviced. Only car specialist I've used for 7 years.
First time using j w gibbs as its near me I gave them ago on my cars mot. Friendly staff and they did it within the allotted time. I've now booked a service with them.

Used them three times now and am more than happy to say that so far they seem to be honest efficient and friendly.
Recently they didn't stick to the quote they gave me but charged me 35% less because it took less time than the manufacturers estimate for the repair. Delighted I was, truth be told! 🙂

Best garage in Braintree, highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable, good rates and all importantly, trustworthy. They have got me out of trouble on two short notice occasions where I've literary turned up on their doorstep seeking assistance.
