Very happy with the service from IVCS. Easy to book online. Friendly helpful service & competitive pricing. My car came back running noticeably better after its service. They’ve now done the last 3 MOT tests & the last 2 services . Would recommend
I have been using Independent for several years and they have done all the work on my aging car. They are significantly better value than the dealership I used to use. I find the service polite, informative and with the motorist at the heart of their decision making. I love the fact that they are personable and on one occasion lent me a car to drive so I could collect my kids from school as there was some complexities to a repair on mine. These guys have been looking after my VW Beetle since it came out of Warranty. It’s now 11 years old and done over 100,000 miles. Always fair on pricing and always let me know what to expect, so it’s never a shock. Happy to recommend them.
Outstanding service !! I needed some work carried out a short notice and called a number of garages for assistance. They were the only one who could / would help. Checked parts were in stock, clearly explained how they would help, what costs would be and booked in for work. Completed exactly as promised by courteous and professional staff. Would not hesitate to use in the future. Recommend them unreservedly - top class !!!
