Without a doubt the best service with up front honesty and genuine interest in repairing my old ford I have ever received. Nothing was too much effort and they did a fantastic job. Been going here since starting driving 4 years ago and my mum and dad have been for many years. They are a very friendly, honest bunch, and make you feel welcome. They will always go the extra mile to help you and in my opinion are very trustworthy and that's hard to come by. Will never go to another garage because I know with these lot I won't get ripped off. Just moved to the area so was looking for a new local garage to use, took my Fiesta in as the suspension was making a variety of noises, they found a few problems with it and keep me well informed and explained clearly as to what they had done and what other things needed doing. Was much cheaper than expected so i was happy with the service i received
I usually feel a little intimidated stepping into a garage as often they can be a bit gruff and unapproachable, however, as soon as I phoned Eastwood Servicing Station, the man I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and helpful and didn’t rush me off the phone. My car was repaired quickly and to an excellent standard, I felt reassured and will happily go back in a few months to have my car serviced there. Thank you!
