Brilliant car garage; knowledgeable and friendly staff. The gentleman who booked my car in showed me prices of parts and why I’d need them replacing, and broke down all costs so I knew what I was paying for. Every member of staff was polite and helpful, and I am pleased with the work done and how the car now drives. I would recommend this service, especially to those female drivers who would like to know they are in good hands.
Excellent customer service from these guys- with several checking all ok for me from the moment I arrived- it seems to run like clockwork for such a very busy garage. I had a great experience at Borough Green garage. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. The repair was done quickly.
