I wanted to do a service and MOT on my Audi. My usual method was going to Audi direct, but I only had a week left before my MOT would expire. So I went online and found Auto Deutsche. One phonecall and I was booked in 3 days later. I dropped off the car in the morning, and it was ready for collection the same day.

I took my audi for an MOT, I booked it and got it done within the same day. The technician advised me that the brake wire was not routed properly and was rubbing against the ball joint. I realised that must have happened when I took it to the main audi dealer for a service and some repairs.
These guys got it sorted for me within 30mins and my car rides smooth now.

I had an MOT here this morning and was very impressed. Their customer service is fantastic - EVERYONE I spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area is spacious and and spotless. I felt very comfortable with the work suggested to me and appreciated the time they took to explain things that could be now or in future. I did not feel pushed into getting work done which was very refreshing! 5/5.
An outstanding experience, I can’t recommend Autodeutsche highly enough. I took my car in following a crash and was met with immediate professionalism and care. The friendly staff put me at ease during a stressful time, they dealt with everything to do with the insurance and made the whole process quick and simple.
