Old fluid slips, wears the belt and pulleys, and creates debris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Start clutch wear.<\/strong> Many CVTs use a clutch or torque converter to pull away from rest. From there the options are a fluid service with the correct Honda-specified fluid, a start clutch or valve body repair, a control unit repair, or a rebuild where the internals are damaged.
